Half a kg. of carrots
3-4 tablespoons of organic honey
Cut the carrots in slices then boil them in water in order to soften them. When they are soft enough, take the pot from the heat and mash them with a fork or use a blender, and don’t throw away the water in which they were boiled.
Allow the water to cool down, then add the honey. Add this mixture into the mashed carrots and mix well to create a syrup that should be kept in the fridge.
This natural syrup is safe for frequent use. Take 3-4 tablespoons throughout the day for best results.
