Baking Soda

Sodium bicarbonate neutralizes pH imbalances in the skin.The imbalance is one of the leading causes of acne, dry skin and “blackheads”.
Also, baking soda cures inflammation and redness, which means it can heal existing acne and reduce their size.

Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is probably the best oil to nurture the skin due to its antibacterial and antiviral properties. It also heals the skin if there is the presence of chronic eczema and dry skin. It can heal wounds, so it is great for acne prone skin.
Coconut oil has hydrating properties due to its smooth consistency and anti-inflammatory properties due to polyphenols and powerful antioxidants.

The combination of baking soda with coconut oil is truly unique. The oil contains acids that can repair damaged cells and soda provides all that with clearing the pores.
To prepare this recipe, it takes only a few seconds.

• 2 teaspoons of extra virgin coconut oil
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda (without aluminum)

Mix the ingredients and form a paste. Apply gently on the skin of the face with circular movements. Leave it on for no more than 5 minutes. Rinse with warm water, and massage your face with circular movements one more time. Wipe off the water by patting with a soft towel. Do this no more than two times a week.
